Written from the guidelines and papers cited in each section. The board-style questions, with their EEG tracings and figures, were written for this site; none is taken or adapted from a published question bank. They follow the ABPN epilepsy content outline of December 2025.

Terminology follows ILAE 2025 (seizures), ILAE 2022 (syndromes), ILAE 2021 (neonatal) and ACNS 2021 (critical care EEG).
